My New Townhouse

So with Elfa sale coming up I have been toying with the idea of hiring another installer for I've kept my helper busy since January and the Winter sale was just over bearing and caught me by surprise. I thought about Buddy, so I asked and since he has his two precious girls up there he declined. I guess I'll keep trying to get him to atleast come and visit. I had Jordan come help me for a week which was nice to see such a old good friend. And I kept talking to Jen and Ray about helping with the installs down here since they were not enjoying where they were working now. They were also in the process of finding another place to move to in Sutherlin as well, so I figured now would be the best time to fully ask if they wanted to come down. So After word I got approved for the house I applied for they put their two week notice into their work and started making plans on coming down here. So on June 5th they should be in bright sunny California. I am very excited. With 3 other stores down here I'm hoping to snag a 2nd store to do the installs for and with Ray down here it will make the chances so much higher.
Erica was going to join us as well but sadly she decided it was best to stay behind and move in with two of our other friends. She'll atleast come down to visit for 2 weeks while she helps us move into our new place. I guess we will turn the room she was going to get into a game/movie/guest room. Maybe while she's down here for 2 weeks we can convince her that California is way better!

So I am approved for the townhouse I applied for. I couldn't think of any other place that was more perfect. the bottom floor is all garage. I can finally clear out one of my 10x20 storage units, and be able to just go home instead of making special trips to unload or load up Elfa product.  Here's a description of the townhouse:
